HomeMy WebLinkAboutA001 - Resolution No. 88-18 adopted January 19, 1988 RESOLUTION NO. 88-18 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CUP AND REVISED PUD FOR MISSION RIDGE SUBDIVISION (REPLAT OF PORTION OF OT 26, GATEWAY HI'',_S) WHEREAS, the approved PUD for Mission Ridge (?ot 26) allowed 72 townhouse units on that lot; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendment will allow 32 townhouses and 12 single family attached or detached units which will not be an increase in the total number of dwelling units; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested front yard setbacks of twenty feet, side yard setbacks of zero feet or five feet or greater, and rear yard setbacks of five feet with the exception of thirty foot setbacks on Mortensen Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has determined that it is necessary that an avigational easement be obtained and recorded prior to the approval of the Administrative Plat for this subdivision and that the original landscape plan as approved for the Gateway Hills Subdivision be the landscape plan that must be installed as part of this revised PUD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the CDP and revised PUD for Mission Ridge Subdivision (replat of a portion of lot 26, Gateway Hills ) be hereby approved and adopted with the stipulations established by the Planning and Zoning Commission (that an avigational easement be obtained and recorded prior to the approval of the Administrative Flat for this subdivision and that the original landscape plan as approved for the Gateway Hills Subdivision be the landscape plan that must be installed as part of this revised PUD) as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
