all our right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand in the following described real estate situated in
Story County, Iowa, to-wit:
A part of the N 1/2 of the 14E 1/4 of Section 7 - T83N - R24W of the 5th P.M. , in the City of
Ames, Story County, Iowa, described as follows:
"Beginning at the S.W. corner of Landmark Subdivision, to the City of Ames, Story County,
Iowa; thence S 89' 311 25" W, 167.92 feet along the south line of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of said Section 7, as same has been established by long existing fence line, to the S,E,
corner of College Creek Development, Fifth Addition; thence North, 118.63 feet along the
east line of Outlot 11B" therein; thence S 851 341 50" E, 168.42 feet along the south lines
of Lots 12 and 11 in College Creek Development, First Addition, to the N.W. corner of
Outlot "A" of Landmark Subdivision; thence South, 104.26 feet along the west line thereof,
to the Point of Beginning," all as shown by the survey attached hereto and by this ref-
erence made a part hereof.
This deed is executed and delivered as a gift to the City of Ames, Iowa, from the Grantors
for the City to use the above-described real estate for park purposes in conjunction with
Outlot "A" of Landmark Subdivision and Outlot "B11 of College Creek Fifth Addition to Ames,
Iowa. There is no monetary consideration for this deed.
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all righ+s of dower, homestead and distributive share in and to the
above described premises.
Words and phrases herein. including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural number, and as masculine,
feminine or neuter gender, according to the context.
