COUNCIL ACTION FORM
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR JEWEL PARK SUBDIVISION
PLAT 1 IN AMES, IOWA.
BACKGROUND:
The owners of the property south of Jewel Drive and east of U.S. Highway 69, have met
the requirements of the City with respect to the subdivision ordinance.
The developers have filed monetary guarantees to insure completion of the sanitary
sewer.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council accept the Final Plat and
associated documents for Jewel Park Subdivision Plat 1 in Ames, Iowa.
