RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK THIRD ADDITION, AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK, an Iowa
nonprofit corporation, is the owner of Lots One (1) through Fifteen (15), inclusive, IOWA
STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK THIRD ADDITION, AMES, IOWA, and
WHEREAS, as the owner, for its protection and for the benefit of subsequent
owners of said lots, desires to restrict the use thereof in certain particulars,
NOW,THEREFORE,the undersigned hereby covenants,bargains and agrees,
for itself, its assigns and successors in interest, that Lots One (1) through Fifteen (15),
inclusive, IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK THIRD ADDITION, AMES,
IOWA, shall be subject to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions filed in the office of
the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, in connection with the platting of IOWA STATE
UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK,AMES,IOWA,as amended,and does hereby incorporate
by reference,with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein, the Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions, filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on
q1- 02613 (A)

January 11, 1988, in Book 261, commencing at page 88, and the Amendment to Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions filed in said office of said county on July 2, 1992, in Book 328,
commencing at page 93.

Roederer and Wayne R. Moore, to me personally kno2n, who being by me duly sworn, did
say that they are the President and Secretary, respectively, of the corporation executing the
within and foregoing instrument; that no seal has been procured by the corporation; that
said instrument was signed on behalf of the corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors; and that David M. Roederer and Wayne R. Moore, as officers, acknowledged the
execution of the foregoing instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of the corporation,
by it and by them voluntarily executed.
