CONSENT TO PLATTING
AND
PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, mortgagee of a certain mortgage
executed by IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK as mortgagor, said mortgage
being dated October 21, 1996, and having been filed in said office of said county on
October 22, 1996, Instrument No. 96-11594, does by these presents consent to the platting
of the following-described real estate and states that the said plat is prepared with its free
consent and in accordance with its desires:
A Replat of Lot Three (3), Iowa State University Research Park First
Addition, Ames, Iowa, AND a Replat of Parcel "Z"in the Southwest Quarter
(SW 1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eighty-three (83) North, Range
Twenty-four (24) West of the 5th P.M., Story County, Iowa, as shown on the
Plat of Survey filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on

This Consent is executed pursuant to Section 354.11(2), The Code of Iowa.
The undersigned mortgagee does further hereby release from the lien of said
Mortgage all public streets as shown on said plat and dedicated to the public, specifically
reserving and retaining the mortgage lien and all mortgage rights against all remaining
property embraced in said mortgage.
