RESOLUTION NUMBER 00-474
ACCEPTING PLAT OF SOMERSET SUBDIVISION TENTH ADDITION,
AMES, STORY COUNTY,IOWA
WHEREAS,there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,
a plat of real estate described as:
An official replat of Outlot E in Block Three (3) of Somerset
Subdivision Fifth Addition, an official replat now included in and
forming a part of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa.
to be known as SOMERSET SUBDIVISION TENTH ADDITION AMES,STORY COUNTY,
IOWA, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Ames, Iowa, the owner has complied with all relevant provisions of the
code of the City of Ames and the laws of the State of Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said real estate, Erben Hunziker and Margaret Hunziker
Development,L.L.C.;D&R Furman,L.L.C.;and R.Friedrich&Sons,Inc.have executed a written
Consent and Dedication declaring that the platting is with its free consent and is in accordan�ywith
its desires as proprietor, and

WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the
plat should be approved,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the plat of SOMERSET SUBDIVISION TENTH ADDITION, AMES, STORY,
COUNTY, IOWA, be and it is hereby accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all of the acts of Erben Hunziker and Margaret
Hunziker Development, L.L.C.; D & R Furman, L.L.C.; and R. Friedrich & Sons, Inc., are hereby
confirmed and approved by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 10th day of
October , 2000.
