LAND SURVEYOR'S AFFIDAVIT
I, Scott A. Steinfadt,being first duly sworn, depose and state that I am a
duly licensed land surveyor practicing with S&S Land Surveying, Inc. in
Waverly, Iowa and as a result thereof am familiar with the plat Iowa State Ready-
Mix Subdivision.
I further depose and state that I have reviewed the legal description set
forth on the plat map for said subdivision which legal description is set forth on
Exhibit"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, and the legal description on
the plat documents prepared and filed of record, which legal description is
attached hereto as Exhibit"B".
I further depose and state that the legal descriptions on Exhibit"A" and
Exhibit"B", though describing the subject property from differing directions, are
one and the same legal description defining property as platted under the plat
filing documents.
