KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT : That the under-
signed do hereby covenant that they are the sole lawful
owners of that certain real estate situated in Story ,County,
Iowa, described on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference thereto .
That the undersigned do hereby acknowledge and declare
that the subdividing of said real estate as it appears on
the survey plat attached hereto is done with their free con-
sent and in accordance with their desires as proprietors and
that the plat of said real estate is to be known as : INGLIS
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF AMES , IOWA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned have executed this
