PROPRIETOR'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That the undersigned, HORNE-
AMES, LLC, a Tennessee Limited Liability Company, is the sole lawful proprietor of the real
property located in Story County, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
Parcel "E" in the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 83 North, Range
24 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, as shown on
the "Plat of Survey" filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County,Iowa, on
the 27th day of May, 1997, and recorded as instrument#97-05150 in Book 14 at
Page 210.
As proprietor of said real property, and pursuant to section 354.11 of the Code of
Iowa, Horne-Ames, LLC does hereby acknowledge and declare that the subdividing of
said real property as it appears on the plat attached hereto is done with its free consent
and in accordance with its desire. The plat of said real property is to be known as Horn
Subdivision,Ames,Iowa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Horne-Ames, LLC has caused this instrument to be executed on
