RESOLUTION NO. 14-509
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
3334 LINCOLN WAY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 3334 Lincoln Way,and the owner is First National Bank,Ames,
Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Block Two of West Ames
Addition to the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa:; and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 3334 Lincoln Way is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of September, 2014.
