RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SOUTH FORK SUBDIVISION, 7TH ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate ofthe Public Works Department,the portion
of asphalt street surfacing along Marigold Drive required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat
of the above-named Subdivision has been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
lessened to $4,000.00 for the remaining work that includes street lighting along Marigold Drive.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of September, 2014.
