This is to certify that I am an Attorney at Law, duly admitted to practice in the State of
Iowa and located at Ames, Iowa; that I have examined the abstract of title certified to by

Hillside Subdivision, Fourth Addition, an Official Plat, Ames, Story County,
Iowa.
1. Based upon my examination of the abstract, I am of the opinion that
merchantable title, in fee simple and free from material objections, is in Hunziker
Development Co., L.C., subject to easements of record.
Said real estate is to be part of a subdivision hereinafter known as Hillside Subdivision,
Fifth Addition, in Ames, Iowa.
