KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Hunziker Development Co., L.C., of Story County, Iowa, does hereby
acknowledge and declare that the platting of the following described property situated in
Ames, Story County, Iowa, to-wit-
Hillside Subdivision, Fourth Addition, being an official re-plat of Outlot "Z" in
Hillside Subdivision Third Addition, an Official Plat, Ames, Story County,
Iowa,
into lots and streets as shown by the attached plat to be known as Fourth Addition,
Hillside Subdivision, in Ames, Iowa, is with our free consent and in accordance with our
desires and wishes. That the property is specifically described according to the said plat
as:
Fourth Addition, Hillside Subdivision will be described as Lots 1 through 19
inclusive, and including Outlot W, Fourth Addition, Hillside Subdivision, in
Ames, Iowa.
That the above named owner consents to the platting and hereby dedicates to the public
all streets, roads, drives and places as shown on said plat.

seal has been procured by the said Hunziker Development Co., L.C. and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of the said Hunziker Development Co., L.C.
by authority of its manager and said Dean E. Hunziker and Gary J. Hunziker
acknowledged the execution of said instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of said
Hunziker Development Co., L.C. by it voluntarily executed.
