ROADWAY EASEMENT
The undersigned, Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant to The City of Ames, a Municipal
Corporation, its successors and assigns, the perpetual easement
over and across the following described real estate:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE D,
all within Second Addition, Hillside Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that
the users of the grantees will assume liability for all damage to
the hereinbefore described real estate and adjoining real estate
caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted
right.
This easement shall allow the grantees access to the above
described real estate in order to construct and maintain the
gravel, all-weather road, built to City specifications, connecting
the end of Wilder Boulevard of First Addition, Bentwood
Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, with the south end of Thackery Avenue in
College Creek Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.

Hunziker and Gary J. Hunziker, to me personally known, who being by
me duly sworn or affirmed did say that they are the President and
Secretary respectively of said Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. , that
no seal has been procured by the said Hunziker Development Co. ,
L.C. and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of
the said Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. by authority of its manager
and said Dean E. Hunziker and Gary J. Hunziker acknowledged the
execution of said instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of
said Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. by it voluntarily executed.

The Centerline of a 70 . 00 feet wide Permanent Roadway
Easement over and across a portion of Outlot "X" in Hillside
Subdivision Second Addition, an Official Replat, Ames, Story
County, Iowa is described as : Commencing at the Northwest
Corner of said Outlot "XII ; thence, S000 -09 ' -3311W along the
West Line of said Outlot "XII , a distance of 185 . 72 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence Easterly along a 434 . 74 feet
radius curve concave northwesterly, a distance of 390 . 16
feet, said curve having a chord bearing of N640-26 ' -5611E and
a chord length of 377 . 20 feet; thence, N380 -44 ' -20"E, a
distance of 4 . 81 feet; thence Northeasterly along a 1015 . 06
feet radius curve concave Northwesterly, a distance of 28 . 24
feet, said curve having a chord bearing of N370-30 ' -1011E and
a chord length of 28 . 24 feet to the END of said Centerline.
