BIKE PATH EASEMENT
Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns, the perpetual right to use the following
described real estate as a public bike path:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE E,
all within Second Addition, Hillside Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that
the users of the granted right will assume liability for all damage
to the hereinbefore described real estate and adjoining real estate
caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted
right.

L.C. and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of
the said Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. by authority of its manager
and said Dean E. Hunziker and Gary J. Hunziker acknowledged the
execution of said instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of
said Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. by it voluntarily executed.

Subdivision Second Addition, an Official Replat, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence East along the North Line of said Lot
12, a distance of 16 . 90 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing along the North Line of said Lot 12, a
distance of 12 . 00 feet; thence Southeasterly along the
Northerly Line of said Lot 12, and along a 55 . 00 feet radius
curve concave Northeasterly, a distance of 12 . 00 feet;
thence Northwesterly in a straight line to the Point of
Beginning.
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Lot 9 in Hillside
Subdivision Second Addition, an Official Replat, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence South along the West Line of said Lot
9, a distance of 56 . 90 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing South along the West Line of said Lot 9, a
distance of 12 . 00 feet; thence Southeasterly along the
Westerly Line of said Lot 9 and along a 55 . 00 feet radius
curve concave Southwesterly, a distance of 9 . 87 feet to the
Northwest Corner of Lot 10 in said Hillside Subdivision
Second Addition; thence Southerly along the Westerly Line of
