This is to certify that I am an Attorney at Law, duly admitted to
practice in the State of Iowa and located at Ames, Iowa; that I
have examined the abstract of title certified to by Cyclone
Abstract & Title Company from�ethe root of title down to and

P.m. and dealing with the title to the following described real
estate:
Hillside Subdivision, Second Addition, being an official
re-plat of Outlot "Z" in Hillside Subdivision First
Addition, an Official Plat, Ames, Story County, Iowa.
1 . Based upon my examination of the abstract, I am of the
opinion that merchantable title, in fee simple and free from
material objections, is in Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. , subject
to easements of record.
Said real estate is to be part of a subdivision hereinafter known
as Hillside Subdivision, Second Addition, in Ames, Iowa.
