Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns, the perpetual right to use the following
described real estate as a public bike path:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE E
all within First Addition, Hillside Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that
the users of the granted right will assume liability for all damage
to the hereinbefore described real estate and adjoining real estate
caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted
right.

An triangular shaped Bike Path Easement over and across a
portion of Lot 4 in Hillside Subdivision First Addition, an
Official Plat, Ames , Story County, Iowa described as :
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 4 in Hillside
Subdivision First Addition, an Official Plat, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence South along the East Line of said Lot
4, a distance of 121 . 30 feet to the Southeast Corner of said
Lot 4; thence Northwesterly to a point on the North Line of
said Lot 4 , said point being 50 . 00 feet West of the
Northeast Corner of said Lot 4; thence East along the North
Line of said Lot 4 , a distance of 50 . 00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
