as required by law and the said City Plan Commission has requested of this
Council that said plat be accepted 'arid approved by the City Council of the
City of Ames, Iowa, and,

met all conditions as required by law concerning the platting of said sub-
division., and,

Ames, Iowa, that the dedication of said streets as contained in said plat
' is proper and should be accepted by the Cotm.ci.l,

Ames, Iowa, that the said plat of Hickory Drive Subdivision to Ames, Iowa,
a subdivision of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, located on the real
estate above described be and it is hereby approved and the 'Mayor and City
Clerk of Ames, Iowa, are hereby directed to certify this Resolution and
affix the same to the plat, and
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the dedication of the streets contained
in said subdivision be and the- swne are hereby accepted for and on behalf
of the City of Ames, Io:•ra, and all acts and doings by the grantors in the pre-
mises are hereby confirmed and approved by the City Council of -the City .of
Ames, Iowa, on this 15th day of April 1969.

Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, at its regular meeting thereof on the
