That WILLIAM K. FEDELER, an unmarried person, and STORY
CONSTRUCTION CO. , an Iowa Corporation, for good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant unto the respective owners of Lots One (1) and Three (3) of
H & B Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, their successors and assigns, the
perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and use utility
services and apparatus as -follows:

Lot Two (2) of H & B Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, shall
further be subject to an easement for sanitary sewer service for
the benefit of Lot Three (3) of said subdivision as follows:
A Ten (10) Foot wide strip along the West side
of said Lot Two (2) , the West line of which
Ten (10) Foot strip is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner (NW Cor. )
of said Lot Two (2) , thence South 01013110/1
West 330. 00 Feet along the West line of said
Lot Two (2) to the goint of beginning, thence
continuing South 01 13110" West 88. 12 Feet to
the point of ending.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express
condition that the users of the granted rights will assume
liability for all damage to the real estate described herein and
any adjacent real estate which is caused by the failure to use due
care in the exercise of the granted rights.
