KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
The undersigned, as Contract Vendors of a portion of the following described real estate
situated in Story County, Iowa, to-wit:
Parcel "F" in the Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter(SW '/4) of
Section Two (2), Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5"'P.M., Ames,
Iowa, as shown on the Plat of Survey filed in the office of the Recorder of Story
County, Iowa, on July 30, 1996, and recorded in Book 14, at Page 30,
do hereby consent to the platting of the above-described real estate, to be known as GRAND
JUNCTION SUBDIVISION, in the City of Ames, Iowa, and do further hereby acknowledge and
certify that the platting of said real estate is with their consent and in accordance with their
desires.
