KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
The undersigned, as a Mortgagee of the following described real estate situated in Story
County, Iowa, to-wit:
Parcel "F" in the Southwest Quarter(SW '/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4) of
Section Two (2), Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5fl P.M., Ames,
Iowa, as shown on the Plat of Survey filed in the office of the Recorder of Story
County, Iowa, on July 30, 1996, and recorded in Book 14, at Page 30,
does hereby consent to the platting of the above-described real estate to be known as GRAND
JUNCTION SUBDIVISION, in the City of Ames, Iowa, and does further hereby acknowledge
and certify that the platting of said real estate is with its consent and in accordance with its desire.
