To: Property Owner(s)
This notice is to inform you of a subdivision platting violation of
Chapter 409A, Section 6, State of Iowa Code of Law. The areas
affected are the Condominium known as Greenhills Community located
on a part of Lot 1, Gateway Greenhills Subdivision and the areas of
said Lot 1 on either side of the Condominium.
You are hereby notified that I am required by Section 409A. 13 of
the Iowa Code to demand that you and other parcel owners in said
property execute and file a subdivision plat due to violation of
Code of Iowa 409A. 6 .
If you fail to comply or file with the Auditor within the allotted
time, I shall cause a plat to be made as I deem appropriate and the
costs will be assessed pro rata by the area upon the parcels of
said property and collected in the same general manner as general
taxes. A copy of the Code of Iowa, Chapter 409A, Sections 13-18 is
attached.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO APPEAL THIS NOTICE. You may appeal to the
District Court within 20 days of the date of service of this
notice.
If you have any questions concerning this notice or its
requirements, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Thorland, for more information.
