CONSENT TO PLATTING
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT : That the under-
signed do hereby covenant that they are the sole lawful
owners of the real estate situated in Story county, Iowa,
described on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference thereto.
That the undersigned do hereby acknowledge and declare
that the subdividing of said real estate as it appears on
the survey plat attached hereto is done with their free con-
sent and in accordance with their desires as proprietors and
and that the plat of said real estate is to be known as :
ENTERPRISE FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES , IOWA.
The undersigned do hereby declare and acknowledge that
Central Iowa Construction Services , Inc . , is the sole owner
of Lot 1 on said plat ; that The Robert B. Mulder Family Part-
ners h _p , Ltd. , is the sole owner of Lot 2 on said plat ;
and that J T & S Development Co . , is the sole owner of Lots
3 , 4, 5 , and 6 on said plat.

ly appeared T. B. Heggen and Richard T. Johnson, to me per-
sonally known, who being by me duly sworn, did say that they
are the President and Secretary, respectively, of said cor-
poration executing the within and foregoing instrument, that
no seal has been procured by the said corporation; that said
instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by auth-
ority of its Board of Directors ; and that the said T. B. Heg-
gen and Richard T. Johnson as such officers acknowledged the

mencing at the Southwest Corner of Section 6 , Township 83
North, Range 23 West of the 5th P .M. , in the City of Ames ,
Story County, Iowa; thence North 1520. 6 feet ' along the West
line of the Southwest Ouarter of said. Section 6 , and the
centerline of Dayton Avenue ; thence East 636 . 9 feet along
the North line of Ford Street to the Southwest Corner of Lot
2 in Spencer' s First Industrial Addition and the point of
beginning; thence North 406 . 85 feet along the West line of
said Lot 2 to the Northwest Corner thereof; thence North
