PARTIAL RELEASE OF RIGHTS PURSUANT TO EASTGATE SUBDIVISION
COVENANT FOR ASSESSMENT OF COSTS AND IMPROVEMENTS
The City of Ames, Iowa, by and through its Mayor and City Clerk, for valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby acknowledge that the following described real
estate:
Lot 21, Eastgate Subdivision,Ames, Story County, Iowa
is hereby released from any and all obligations pursuant to the Eastgate Subdivision Covenant for
Assessment of Costs and Improvements Dayton Avenue dated February 13, 2001, and filed with the
office of the Recorder of Story County on February 16, 2001, as Instrument No. 01-1744, refiled March
13, 2001, as Instrument No. 01-02822, and amended December 8, 2015, by a document filed December
18, 2015, as Instrument No. 15-12108.
This instrument constitutes a release only as to the Real Property described above and shall not
affect the lien of assessment and obligations the remaining real estate described therein,�which shall
remain in full force and effect.
