RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
4400 TIMBER RIDGE DRIVE AND 507 QUAM CIRCLE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted fora boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 4400 Timber Ridge Drive (Parcel A) and 507 Quam Circle
(Parcel B),and the owners are Dan and Alice Hunziker and Quam Limited Partnership,respectively;and,
WHEREAS, the real estate descriptions are:
THAT PART OF LOT 5,ESTATES WEST SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES,
STORY COUNTY, IOWA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE 84.38 FEET
ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5 ALONG A 267 FOOT RADIUS CURVE,

WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been
rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 4400 Timber Ridge Drive and 507 Quam Circle is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 4th day of March, 2014.
