As you probably know, the developer of this subdivision went through a bankruptcy process. Much of the fees and outstanding changes due to the City were paid either through the bankruptcy settlement process or by First National Bank after they become owners of the property. The fees remaining are related to the allocation of the cost of improvements to Dayton Avenue and are due upon sale or transfer of ownership. The amounts due by property are provided below and in the attached spreadsheet. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Judy, I think you found some specific language-would you like to respond to Kurt? Otherwise | can simply respond that the fees are due when Friedrich purchases the lots.
