Dear John:
Enclosed are two Partial Releases regarding Lot 5 in Eastgate Development. As in the past,
please execute these and fax us copies of the executed Releases. After the closing I will have
Mr. Pike deliver the checks to pay these assessments in return for the original releases for
recording. It is my understanding from your fax that the 5% assessment for Lot 5 will be
$8,370.00 and.the water/sewer connection fee will be $740.71. If these amounts are incorrect,
please contact me with the correct figures.
