Therefore, under the Exhibit A schedule the payoff amount for Lot 18 3.3% of 141,000). The amount for Lot 19 is 1 1 .14 '3.1% of 141,000). The Mayor and City Clerk will execute the instruments you have provided and you can pick them up from the City Clerk upon payment of the above stated amounts. Yours truly, John R.
