Several months ago, you sent Chuck Winkleblack a letter listing the payoff amount for Lot 18 as $4,653
and for Lot 19 as $4,371. 1 have not received payment for either Lot.
Do you know if this is still being pursued? Please advise. Thanks!

Re: Eastgate, Release of Assessment Lien
Dear Chuck:
The Public Works Director has confirmed,by telephone call to me this morning,that for purposes of
determining the amount to be paid to obtain an assessment lien release under paragraph 3 of the
Eastgate Subdivision Covenant for Assessment, the City's estimate of the improvement cost will
continue to be $141,000 through the current"construction season". Therefore, under the Exhibit A
schedule the payoff amount for Lot 18 3.3% of 141,000). The amount for Lot 19 is
1 1 .14 '3.1% of 141,000).
The Mayor and City Clerk will execute the instruments you have provided and you can pick them up
from the City Clerk upon payment of the above stated amounts.
