RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
633 18TH STREET, 1916 GRAND AVENUE,AND 1924 GRAND AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 633 18t'Street, 1916 Grand Avenue, and 1924 Grand Avenue,
and the owners are David Cole and Ruth Cole (Lots 2 and 3) and Orville Cole and Francis Cole as
Trustees of the Cole Family Living Trust(Lots 4 and 5); and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 633 18t'Street, 1916 Grand Avenue,and 1924 Grand Avenue is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 11 th day of February, 2014.
