RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR EASTGATE
SUBDIVISION AND APPROVING AGREEMENT AND BOND
FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Municipal Engineer that the following
public improvements required for approval of the final plat of Eastgate Subdivision have been
satisfactorily completed in accordance with approved construction plans, the City Council accepts
as satisfactory and complete: storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and water main
Section Two. An Improvement Agreement, secured by a bond in the amount of$416.600-00
is hereby authorized with respect to the following public improvements required for approval of the
final plat of the aforesaid subdivision: 9" asphalt paving, curb & gutter and bike path
