CROSS-EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Doolittle Oi1,Company, Inc., an Iowa corporation, hereinafter called
"Doolittle," desires to establish and grant cross-easements between its two lots in Doolittle
Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, Doolittle is the owner of real estate of which the legal description is
shown in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Grant of Easement By Doolittle
Doolittle, for good and valuable consideration, given and received, hereby grants
itself, Doolittle, its successors or assigns, a perpetual easement over and across its real
estate for drive aisles, utility, storm water runoff and storm water conduits, between Lot
1 and Lot 2 of Doolittle Subdivision, as described in Exhibit A.
Agreement of Parties
Doolittle will provide an abstract for the purpose of showing that it has marketable
title to its respective property described in Exhibit A.

These grants of easement shall run with Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Doolittle Subdivision
as described in Exhibit A and the obligations and benefits shall inure to the parties, their
successors or assigns.
The parties agree to prepare and furnish each other with such documents as may
be required to record the easements granted herein
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Cross-Easement

Parcel D in the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section 6, Township 83
North, Range 23 West of the 5th P.M., City of Ames, Story County, Iowa,
as surveyed and recorded in Book 15, Page 52, in the office of the Story
County Recorder on October 1, 1997 (Instrument Number 97-10587).
Said Parcel is divided into Lot 1 and Lot 2 and known as Doolittle
Subdivision, A Minor Subdivision of Parcel "D," Section'6, Township 83
North, Range 23 West of the 5th P.M., City of Ames, Story County, Iowa.
