KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That RON COY and PATRICIA A. COY, husband and wife, do hereby
grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, its successors and assigns, the
perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and use utility
services, equipment and apparatus upon, underground, over or across

The undersigned do further hereby grant to the City of Ames,
Iowa, the right to permit other utility companies to construct and,
in the same manner, maintain their utility facilities, jointly or
severally, upon, underground, over or across the real estate
described above.
The undersigned do further grant to the City of Ames, Iowa,
its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to construct,
reconstruct, maintain and use its underground storm sewer system
within the following described portions of DEARBORN ESTATES, AMES,
IOWA:
Part of Lots Four (4) and Five (5) described as:
A 10 feet wide strip of land, being 5 feet on each side
of a center line that is more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot
5 (Northeast corner of Lot 4) ; thence S0303110111E, 172 .55
feet along the West line of said Lot 5 (East line of Lot
4) ; thence S3503110111E, 111. 00 feet to the center of
Clear Creek and there terminating.

We further grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, its successors and
assigns, the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain
and use its sanitary sewer system within the following described
portions of DEARBORN ESTATES, AMES, IOWA:
1. A Ten (10) f oot wide strip over a part of Lot One (1)
described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot

22 .95 feet to the West line of said Lot 1;
thence N4904012611W, 12 .24 feet to the point of
beginning.
2 . A Ten (10) f oot wide strip over a part of Lot Two (2)
described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot

Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence

The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition
that the users of the granted rights will assume liability for all
damage to the real estate described herein and any adjacent real
estate caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the
granted rights.
