KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That RON COY and PATRICIA A. COY, husband and wife, do hereby
acknowledge and declare that the platting of the following
described real estate, situated in the City of Ames, Iowa, to-wit:
A part of Lot 9C in Damon Catron's Subdivision in the SE4

P.M. , in the City of Ames, Iowa, lying East of a line

into lots, as shown by the attached plat, to be known as DEARBORN
ESTATES, AMES, IOWA, is with their free consent and in accordance
with their desires and wishes.

designated on said plat as "Chelsea Court" .
