RESOLUTION APPROVING PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WITH HUNZIKER SOUTH DEVELOPERS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that
the Pre-Annexation Agreement with the Hunziker South developers is hereby approved as attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
