RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2410-2428 LINCOLN WAY, 114 WELCH AVENUE,AND 107-111 STANTON AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 2410-2428 Lincoln Way, 114 Welch Avenue, and 107-111
Stanton Avenue, and the owner is Kingland Campus Properties, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is as follows: (See attachment)
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with the following conditions:that the property owner provide
to the City prior to recordation of the plat an emergency vehicle access easement along the south property
line for mid-block access to multiple properties; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2410-2428 Lincoln Way, 114 Welch Avenue, and 107-111 Stanton Avenue is
hereby approved.
