RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 31
ON CONTRACT WITH
HENKEL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF MASON CITY, IOWA,
FOR CYRIDE BUS FACILITY EXPANSION PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No. 31 on contract with Henkel Construction Company of Mason City,Iowa,for
the CyRide Bus Facility Expansion Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made
a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 10"'day of December, 2013.
