WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Ames has recommended that the Plat be approved, and
WHE IE_A.S, it now appears that the owners of the real
estate have met all conditions, as regui.red by law, concerning
the platting of the real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Plat of first Addition,
Payton Park Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, be and it is hereby accepted
and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that all acts and doings by the
grantors in the premises are hereby confirmed and approved by the
City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 7th day of

is a true and accurate copy of the said Resolution; and that the said
Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, at a duly called meeting thereof on the 7th day of July, 1981.
