Hunziker & Dean Hunziker DBA Dayton Park, Ltd. shall construct street lights in Dayton Park Sub-Division to the City of Ames, Iowa, and pay a reasonable inspection fee therefor, all as a part of the platting ordinance of the City of Ames, Iowa, all of which to be completed within two (2) years from the date of acceptance @ of the final plat by the City Council, then this obligation to be null and void; otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect. z It is understood and agreed, however, that the liability of the Surety hereunder shall not exceed (1) the penal sum hereof, or (2) the actual cost unto the City of Ames, Iowa, for the completing such specified improvements, should such costs be less than the p al sum hereof.
