RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2302 AND 2308 SUNDOWN DRIVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 2302 Sundown Drive and 2308 Sundown Drive,and the owners
are William Berg and Matthew Delisi, respectively; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:
Surrer Description-Parcel 'A'-
Lot 2B and pert of Lot 27, all 1n Suncreat Subdivision, Second Addition to Ames. Story County. Iowa,
all together being sore particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast W ner of said
Lot 28; thence SOVO4'06 1, 13d.00 feet to the Southeast Corner thereof: thence N0917'30'N, 89.99
feet along the South line of sold Lots 28 end 21 to the Northwest Corner of Lot 2 in Suncreat
SUbdivision, Third Addition to Aws, Story County, Iowa; thence N00'32'30'E 135.39 feet to a point
on the North line of said Lot 27, said point being on a Curve concave to the north havin a radius of
530.00 feet, a central angle of 5'07'%' and being subtended by a chord which bears S87 41'04'E, 47.46
feet; thence easterly, 47.47 feet along amid curve; thence N89'54'56'E. 38.80 fert to the point of
beginning, containing 0.27 acres.

by a chord which bears 985'10'02'E. 74,42 fiat to a point of reverse arvature: thence easterly 0.02
feet along said curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 530.00 feet. a central angle of 0'51'59'
and being subtended by a chord which bears S84'31'DB'E, 8.02' feet; thence 500'32'30'M, 135.39 feet to
the Northwest Corner of Lot 2 in Suncreat Subdivision, Third Addition to Ames, Story County, low';
thence N89'37'30'M. 78.09 feat along the South line of said Lot 27 to the Southwest Corner thereof;

WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2302 and 2308 Sundown Drive is hereby approved.
