RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISION
TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR DAUNTLESS SUBDIVISION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, as part of the review of the Final Plat of Dauntless Subdivision, 4th Addition,
staff determined that there was a need to change the Development Agreement between the
developers and the City of Ames that was approved on August 26, 1997; and,
WHEREAS,the need for these changes relates to redesignation of the access points within
the newly described lots as well as the addition of one access point on South Dakota Avenue.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,
that the revisions to the Development Agreement for Dauntless Subdivision are hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of March, 2000.
