NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 7 on contract with NAES Corporation of Houston, Texas, for the Steam Turbine No. 8 Overhaul be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
