MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
AND PARTIAL RELEASE
Second Addition, Dauntless Subdivision to Ames, Iowa
WHEREAS, Norwest Bank Iowa, National Association (the "Mortgagee") the
present owner of the mortgage given by Jensen Development Corporation, Ltd., to Nor-
west Bank Iowa,National Association, under date of November 20, 1998, and filed in the
office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on December 4, 1998, and recorded as In-
strument N° 98-16837, and therefore, Mortgagee has an interest in the real property de-
scribed in the consent to platting to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting is at-
tached;
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the
real property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Second Addition,
Dauntless Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, a replat of Outlot"X," First Addition, Dauntless
Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, and deems it advisable to do so;
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to release the lien of said mort-
gage with respect to certain tracts dedicated to public use within said subdivision plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration:
1. CONSENT. The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real
property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Second Addition,
Dauntless Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, a replat of Outlot "X," First Addition, Dauntless
Subdivision to Ames, Iowa,to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting.
2. PARTIAL RELEASE. The Mortgagee does hereby release the lien of said
mortgage as to that certain real property situated in Story County, Iowa, all lands within
the plat designated as Twain Street. This instrument constitutes a release of the lien of
said mortgage only as to the real property described above and shall not affect the lien of
said mortgage on the remaining real property described therein which shall remain in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be exe-
cuted on its behalf on this Y76(day of January, 1999.

On January 4 8 , 1999, before me the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for
said state, personally appeared Monica L. Dolezal, to me personally known, who, being
by me duly sworn, did say that she is the Vice President of said corporation executing the
foregoing instrument; that no seal has been procured by the said corporation; that said
instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Direc-
tors; and that the said Monica L. Dolezal as such officer acknowledged the execution of
said instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of said corporation, by it and by her vol-
untarily executed.
