do hereby acknowledge and declare that the subdividing of said real property as it appears on the plat at-

cate to the City of Ames, Iowa, and to the public all lands within the plat that are designated for streets
and which are shown on the final plat drawing.

In addition to the above and foregoing Consent and Dedication and pursuant to Section 614.14 of
the Code of Iowa, the undersigned further states on oath that he is sole and presently existing trustee un-
der the Erben A Hunziker Revocable Trust dated July 28, 1992; that he is authorized to consent to the
platting of and to dedicate and convey said real property without any limitation or qualification whatso-
ever; that the trust is in existence and the undersigned, as trustee, is authorized to consent to platting of
and to dedicate, transfer, and convey interests in said real property free and clear of any adverse claims;
that the settlor is alive; and that the trust is not irrevocable or,if it is, none of the beneficiaries of the trust
is deceased.
