RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
COUNTRY GABLES SUBDIVISION, LOTH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the 2" asphalt
surface paving required for the Country Gables Subdivision, loth Addition, is hereby accepted as
complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
Done this 13th day of June, 2000.
