RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF STREET CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE SUBDIVIDERS AND THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has filed certificates of completion for
street construction in Country Gables 7th Addition and Wildflower Subdivision,
City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance with an agreements by and between Frank Schill
and Sons, Inc. and Wildflower, A Partnership, respectively, and the City of
Ames, Iowa;
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the
street construction for these two subdivisions have been fully completed by the
subdividers in accordance with the terms of the agreements and are hereby
accepted and approved.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that all resolutions or orders or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1987.
