We, FRANK SCHILL .AND SONS, INC. , of Ames, Story County, Iowa, in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1 .00) , the receipt of which is hereby

acknowledged, do hereby grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation,
its successors and assigns, a perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintains

and use its electric lines, consisting of poles, wires, overhead and underground ;
cable, fixtures, anchors and other similar equipment or any part thereof, for
i
the sole purpose of conveying electric current for power and light purposes,
i
together with the right to extend to any telephone, electric or power company

I' the right to use jointly with grantee, any pole placed pursuant to the provisions
thereof together with the right to trim any trees to allow for clearance of at

least four (4) feet where necessary to secure adequate clearance for the safe j

�i operation of electric lines upon, underground or adjacent to that real estate

located in Country Gables Sixth Addition, Ames, Iowa, and more specifically !
