NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No.5 on contract with NAES Corporation of Houston,Texas,for the Power Plant Steam Turbine No. 8 Overhaul be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
