COUNCIL ACTION FORM
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF COUNTRY ESTATES SUBDIVISION
5th ADDITION IN STORY COUNTY, IOWA
BACKGROUND:
The owners of the property northwest of the Dayton Avenue/County Road E-29
intersection have met the requirements of the City with respect to the subdivision
ordinance. Country Estates 5th Addition is outside the city limits and within the two mile
jurisdictional limit of the City of Ames.
Public improvements are under the County's jurisdiction for this subdivision.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is the recommendation of the City Manager that the City Council approve the Final
Plat and associated documents for Country Estates Subdivision 5th Addition in Story
County, Iowa.
