The foregoing easements shall be binding upon the grantor, its officers, shareholders, successors, and assigns and shall continue indefinitely,including ingress and egress necessary in connection therewith. Grantor, its successors, and assigns shall have the right of full enjoyment and use of the above-described property except as such that will be inconsistent with this easement.
