The undersigned Silverado Ranch Estates, Inc., an Iowa corporation, by and through its undersigned
duly authorized officer and representative,hereby grants the following public and private utility easements over,
on, across, and under the Fifth Addition to Country Estates Subdivision, Story County, Iowa, as follows:

An existing 50 foot Overhead Electrical Easement and proposed Bridal Path with a 50 foot wide
easement centered on the existing overhead power lines across Lots 2, 30, 31 and 32 in the Fifth
Addition to Country Estates Subdivision, Story County, Iowa
The undersigned Silverado Ranch Estates, Inc., an Iowa corporation, by and through its undersigned
duly authorized officer and representative,hereby grants the following drainage easements over, on, across, and
under the Fifth Addition to Country Estates Subdivision, Story County, Iowa, as follows:
The Westerly 10.0 feet of Lot 14 in the Fifth Addition to Country Estates Subdivision,Story County,
Iowa; and
The Easterly 10.0 feet of Lot 15 in the Fifth Addition to Country Estates Subdivision,Story County,
Iowa.
The foregoing easements shall be binding upon the grantor, its officers, shareholders, successors, and
assigns and shall continue indefinitely,including ingress and egress necessary in connection therewith. Grantor,
its successors, and assigns shall have the right of full enjoyment and use of the above-described property except
as such that will be inconsistent with this easement.
