The undersigned Silverado Ranch Estates, Inc. , an Iowa corporation, by
and through its undersigned duly authorized officer and representative,
hereby grants the following public and private utility easements over, on,
across, and under the Fourth Addition to Country Estates Subdivision, Story
County, Iowa, as follows:
The Northerly 30 feet of Lot One;
The North 30 feet of Lot Two;
The North 30. feet of Lot Three;
The Northeast 30 feet of Lot Four;
The Northeast 30 feet of Lot Five;
The East 30 feet of Lot Six;
The Westerly 15 feet and the Southerly 15 feet of Lot Seven;
The Southerly 15 feet of Lot 8.
The Southerly 15 feet of Outlot J.
The Southerly 15 feet of Outlot I.
In addition, there is an existing 50 foot Overhead Electrical Easement
across parts of Outlots "J" and "I".
The foregoing easements shall be binding upon the grantor, its officers,
shareholders, successors, and assigns and shall continue indefinitely,
including ingress and egress necessary in connection therewith. Grantor, its
successors, and assigns shall have the right of full enjoyment and use of the
above-described property except as such that will be inconsistent with this
easement.

R. Crotty acknowledged the execution of the instrument to be the voluntary act
and,deed of the corporation and of himself, by it, by him and as president and
